Client context
Inventory Pilot is a private Shopify app built for a merchant shipping from multiple warehouses.
The commercial challenge
Multi-warehouse fulfillment had to follow live inventory, and routing orders to the right location was complex and time-consuming.
What was changed
Developed a robust private app using Node.js and the Shopify Admin API to automatically route complex multi-warehouse fulfillment logic based on live inventory syncs.
