Shopify landing page design
I design and build Shopify landing pages for paid traffic: one offer, one message, quick on a phone and built inside your theme so your team can reuse them. You get a fixed quote in writing after a free review.

Overview
Paid clicks need their own page
Most stores send paid clicks to the homepage or a general collection page. The visitor clicked on one product and one promise, then lands on a page with a full menu, ten products and a different headline. A Shopify landing page fixes that: the first screen repeats what the ad said, shows proof, and gives one clear next step. I build the page your ads point at. I don't run the ads themselves.
You don't need a page-builder app for this. As checked on 7 November 2026, Shopify themes let you create alternate templates for pages, products and collections, so a landing page can look completely different without changing the rest of the store. Changes to a template only apply to the pages assigned to it. JSON templates can hold up to 25 sections, each with up to 50 blocks, and your team can add, remove and reorder those sections in the theme editor. That is more than enough for a campaign page, and it means the next campaign is a copy and an edit, not a new project.
The design work follows what I see in conversion work on Shopify stores: the headline matches the ad, the price and main action sit on the first phone screen, and reviews, delivery times and returns answers appear where buyers hesitate. For single-product campaigns I often build an alternate product template instead, using the same ideas as a high-converting product page, so the buy button and variants stay native to Shopify.
Every page is checked for weight before launch, because a slow page wastes paid clicks (see my guide to speeding up a Shopify store). Each page then gets its own row in Shopify's Sessions by landing page report, so you can see what it does. The work starts from $150, with a fixed quote in writing after a free review.
Signs you need this
- Your ads send clicks to the homepage or a general collection page.
- The ad promises one thing and the page leads with something else.
- Every new campaign page needs a developer or a page-builder app.
- Mobile visitors leave before they scroll past the first screen.
- You can't tell which landing page produced which sales.
What the service includes
Message and offer brief
We agree the ad, the audience and the single action first, so the headline and first screen match what the visitor clicked.
Alternate page or product template
Built as a new template in your theme and assigned only to the pages that need it, so the rest of the store stays as it is.
Reusable campaign sections
Headline, proof, comparison, FAQ and offer sections built as theme sections your team can rearrange in the theme editor for the next campaign.
Mobile-first layout
Designed at phone width first, with the price and main action on the first screen and images sized so the page stays light.
Proof and objection handling
Your real reviews, guarantees, delivery times and returns terms placed next to the buy button, where buyers hesitate.
Measurement check
Tagged test links checked, and the page confirmed in Shopify's Sessions by landing page report and in GA4, so each campaign's sales can be traced.
Benefits
Why build landing pages with me
Conversion work comes first
I run Shopify CRO projects, so layout decisions come from how buyers behave on Shopify stores, not from a template gallery.
No page-builder lock-in
Pages are built as native theme sections, so there's no extra monthly app and no content trapped in an app if you ever remove it.

How it works
How it works
- 1
Free review and fixed quote
I look at where your ads currently land, your theme and your analytics, send three points on what's costing you sales, then a fixed quote.
- 2
Wireframe and copy
The page structure and copy are agreed on a simple wireframe before any design time is spent.
- 3
Build and test
The page is built on a duplicate of your theme, tested on real phones and desktop, checked for speed and checked for tracking.
- 4
Launch and handover
The template goes live on the right pages, tagged links go to whoever runs your ads, and your team gets a walkthrough of the sections.
Is it a fit?
Is this service right for you
A good fit
- You run or plan paid traffic and currently send it to general pages.
- You launch products or campaigns often and want sections you can reuse.
- You want pages your own team can edit after handover, without a developer.
- You want one fixed quote, not an hourly bill.
- You sell in the US, UK, EU or Australia and want pages that answer local delivery and returns questions.
Not the right fit
- You want someone to run or manage your ad campaigns. I don't offer that.
- You have no traffic source yet, so a landing page has nobody to convert.
- Your product pages or checkout have bigger problems. Fixing those first usually pays back more.
- You need a separate microsite hosted outside Shopify.
Comparison
Generic page vs dedicated landing page
| Aspect | Ads to a generic page | Dedicated landing page |
|---|---|---|
| Headline | Store-wide message | Matches the ad |
| Choices | Full menu, many products | One offer, one main action |
| Proof | Reviews far down the page | Proof beside the buy button |
| Editing | Developer or builder app | Theme sections in the editor |
| Store impact | Changes hit every page | Own template, rest unchanged |
| Reporting | Mixed with all traffic | Own row in landing page report |

FAQ
Your questions, answered.
What store owners ask before starting this kind of project.
Ask me about your storeHow much does Shopify landing page design cost?
It starts from $150. The exact price depends on how many pages you need, whether new sections have to be built and whether I write the copy. I review your current pages for free and send a fixed quote in writing. If the wider store needs conversion work too, Shopify CRO starts from $500.
Do I need a page-builder app?
No. Shopify themes support alternate templates, and a JSON template can hold up to 25 sections with up to 50 blocks each, which covers any campaign page. Building in the theme also avoids leftover code: Shopify notes that some apps add theme code that isn't removed automatically when you uninstall them.
Will a landing page change the rest of my store?
No. The landing page uses its own alternate template, and changes to a template only affect the pages assigned to it. Your homepage, collections and other products keep their current layout.
Can a product page work as a landing page?
Yes, and for single-product ads it's often the better choice. I create an alternate product template and assign it under Products, then Theme template, so the buy button and variants stay native while the layout follows the ad.
Do you run the ads as well?
No. I design, build and measure the page. Your ads team or agency runs the campaigns, and I give them tagged links and check that visits and orders are tracked correctly.
How will I know if the page works?
Shopify's Sessions by landing page report shows sessions that start on the page, and GA4 shows what those visitors did next. I compare the new page with the old destination for the same campaign over a similar period, and suggest an A/B test where your traffic is high enough to give a clear answer.
Can my team edit the page after handover?
Yes. Every part of the page is a theme section, so your team can change text and images, and add, remove or reorder sections in the theme editor. You also get a recorded walkthrough of the settings.
Do you write the copy?
Yes, if you want me to. I write from your product facts, your real reviews and your policies, and you approve everything before launch. I don't invent claims, ratings or stock warnings.
